At 7:00 AM, pick up from your hotel or riad. We will travel through Tizi-N-Tichka, the high Atlas Mountains, to arrive at Ouarzazate, the Sahara’s entrance. We will stop at the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Ksar of “Ait Ben Haddou,” en route. This is where many Hollywood productions, including “Lawrence of Arabia” and “Jesus of Nazareth,” were filmed. Your guide will take you on a tour of the highest hill in the Kasbah and the dried-up river, providing you with an amazing view that will leave you speechless. After that, we’ll head straight to Ouarzazate, cross the Skoura palm grove and rose valley, and arrive at Dades Gorges for dinner and a night in a hotel.

During the second day of our three-day Marrakech to Merzouga desert tour, we will start the day with a traditional Moroccan breakfast, leave the hotel at eight in the morning, travel the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, passing through some stunning Berber villages, and then visit Tineghir, with its lovely palm grove, before continuing on to the Todra Gorges. Our next destination is the expansive vista of the Merzouga Sahara Desert, where you can swim in your hotel’s swimming pool. Watch the stunning sunset, spend “two hours in the dunes” riding camels, and spend the night in a camp in the Merzouga Desert

We will rise early on the third day, at 5:30 AM, in order to welcome the first light of day and inhale some fresh air. We will ride camels to meet the driver and travel to Marrakech via Tazarine, the Draa valley, Agdez, and Ouarzazate after eating breakfast in your camp.
We will end our three-day desert excursion from Marrakech to Merzouga with lunch at one of the restaurants along the way.
